Yes! Most of our sofas and sectionals are fully customizable. You can select:

Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Custom orders may take longer, usually between 2 to 3 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and provide tracking details once your order ships.
Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all orders above a certain amount (e.g., $500). For express or white-glove delivery (assembly + placement), additional charges may apply depending on your location.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please:
Take clear photos of the damage
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We’ll arrange for a free replacement, repair, or refund based on the severity of the issue.
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your own cost. Custom or made-to-order furniture is not eligible for return, unless defective.
Yes, all our products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
